What's taking so long?

So, a few posts ago I mentioned the flurry of activity/new liquor licenses appearing in the neighbourhood. It's now nearly three months later, and not one of these establishments is open! I need a new place to go for a cocktail, dammit! Sheesh.

On a sad note, hot dog cart seems to have disappeared, just as the nice weather is finally here. I didn't even get to sample their wares. Sigh.
